We have a variety of airy beautiful and functional rooms that can be rented and utilized for your business meeting, bible study or any other types of gatherings. Likewise desires to create spaces for people to come together in a warm and welcoming environment.

Green Room
The Green Room is our only individual room available for reservation. You can reserve the green room during coffee shop hours.
Whole Shop
For a small hourly fee, you can rent our entire shop for your next private event. Whether you’re hosting a baby shower, wedding shower, Bible study, or any special gathering, you’ll have exclusive access to the space.

All décor must be set up and removed during your rental time.
Nothing may be attached to the walls except with painter’s tape.
Hanging decorations from the ceiling must be approved in advance and hung only from approved hooks.
Please check with a Likewise representative before bringing in additional lighting or sound equipment.
No open flames, fireworks, or party poppers.
Please avoid decorations that are difficult to clean up, such as confetti, rice, birdseed, glitter, silly string, or hay/straw.

If you are reserving the meeting room, we kindly ask that all food and beverages be purchased through Likewise, as the meeting room is complimentary.
If you are renting the entire building, outside food and catering are welcome. Likewise also offers a variety of budget-friendly catering packages if you’d like to keep everything in-house.
If bringing in outside food, please note:
• There are no prep areas available (no refrigerator, freezer, oven, cooktop, microwave, or washing sink).
• Please bring your own ice, as our ice maker can be a bit finicky. -
Customer is in charge of all clean up. If excessive cleaning or repairs are required after your event, an invoice will be sent with documentation and justification.
Specialized cleaning equipment or repairs will be billed to the renter.

Likewise does not provide or serve alcohol.
Alcohol service must be discussed in advance and approved in your rental agreement.
The renter must provide all alcohol, servers, and materials independently of CommonPlace.
Likewise reserves the right to stop alcohol service or end an event if over-serving or unsafe behavior occurs.

Smoking is not allowed inside the building and is discouraged outside.
If guests must smoke, please ensure they are away from entrances. -
Animals are not permitted inside Likewise unless they are trained service animals.
If you expect a service animal, please let us know in advance. The renter is responsible for any cleanup or damages. -
